School of Piping & Drumming
One of the primary purposes of the Wasatch & District Pipe Band is to educate. Beginning in September of 2010, the band will be providing an 8-week School of Piping and Drumming. These group sessions are the ideal setting for a person to learn to play the bagpipes or scottish drums.
Courses are available for piping, snare drumming, and tenor drumming. The courses will be 1-hour group sessions with our experienced band leadership, and will begin on September the 14th at 7PM, and will run every Tuesday evening until November 2nd. The location of the courses will be announced shortly.
